A small example of the company’s innovative strength is the product called SPEEDY-Tray®, intended for impression taking in the dental sector. Constant research on thermoplastic materials and an in-depth study on the properties of Pa.6. microfibres has allowed us to develop an innovative product patented almost all over the world.

In 1990 we were the first in Italy to install additive construction technologies (Rapid Prototyping) and over the years the evolution of machines and materials is leading us towards new horizons of Rapid-Manufacturing.
Rapid-Manufacturing will renew the Automotive sector thanks to the possibility of producing series production parts with new concept thermoplastic materials, especially for complex components requiring high mechanical and thermal specifications.
In case of small production volume, ie few hundred pieces per year, our target are as follow:
- Lighten the weights by replacing complex metal parts through high-performing materials meeting the required qualification tests
- Set to Zero the time and development cost of the molds, avoiding their construction and maintenance
- Making the pieces on-demand without the need for storage
- Making adjustments at any time of the series production.
Our material range is from simple ABS, ABS/PC, PA or PP to superpolymers such as Peek (semi-crystalline polyether ether ketone), Carbon-PEEK (with carbon charges) or Ultem (amorpous imide polyether) meeting extremely high thermal and mechanical requirements.

The project, whose artistic direction has been entrusted to the architect Alessia Galimberti is totally made in Italy and reinvents conventional decorative panels giving each space an extraordinary and expressive vision.
